Building Certifier: Government Housing Projects

In addition to the private building certification services offered by Green Start Consulting, we have recently (ok – it was a few months ago now!) been appointed to the state government’s Building Surveyor Panel. To meet the eligibility criteria panelists need to demonstrate a high level of understand of the Building Codes of Australia (BCA) along with demonstrated higher company standards than the base levels required by the Building Commission.

We will continue to be providing outstanding customer service, prompt turnaround times and expert advice regarding building surveying, energy efficiency and town planning matters to our private clients.

Also, we have been getting great reviews of our 6 star and energy efficiency services lately (required for most projects), which have been proving to save owners, builders and developers both time and money on their projects. Assessments are typically returned within 24-48 hours.
